Mary Laske-Belle

Mary is a girl mom, a dog mom, a tour wife, and an entrepreneur. She’s been facilitating healing and meditation workshops since 2009 when she became a Certified Reiki Master Teacher. But it was breathwork that she fell in love with when she realized that each participant could be their own Healer because the most powerful tool is their own breath.

When she’s not working or teaching, you’ll find Mary practicing yoga, working out, hanging with her family, or doing anything outdoors in nature.

 
My teaching style is: Encouraging, calming, empowering, safe

My favorite yoga pose is: I love arm balances and inversions!
 
Yoga has helped me overcome: Insecurities, fears and ego.

I love my curves because: They allow me to embrace my femininity.
 

My favorite deity or god/goddess
is: Quan Yin because she is the epitome of compassion.

 

You must try this healthy snack: Used to be cottage cheese and avocados with salt and pepper – now I can’t eat much cheese, so sad haha.

 

My favorite Sanskrit word or
phrase is:  Om mani padme hum – this mantra played a large part in one of my first spiritual awakenings.

 

My advice for beginning yogis is: Make sure the teacher knows you are new to yoga and get the foundations down first.

I’m most grateful for: My support networks. I have a lot of circles of support and I don’t know where I’d be without all of them.

The most exotic place I’ve
practiced yoga is: I haven’t really traveled for yoga, but I’ve practiced on the beaches of Hawaii and Florida while on vacation.

If I could practice yoga with
anyone it would be: My mom because I love her and I love to see her do healthy things for her mind and body.

I’m always ready to take my yoga to the next level because: The journey is forever changing and I find that exciting.

My heroes are: Moms. Working moms, stay at home moms, MOMS ARE AMAZING. Nurturers. Filled with compassion. And often need much healing and self care.

My one wish for the world is: That we can be more loving and less fearful.

  • Transcendent Breathwork Experience - $39
  • In this workshop, you’ll learn to manipulate the breath for relaxation, clarity, healing, and transcendence.
     
    While the breathing technique we use in this workshop is very active and intense, it brings out a powerfully euphoric feeling and people often feel “lighter,” more connected, or peaceful afterwards.
     
    The experience includes a brief setup and introduction to the breathwork journey, a guided meditation, and then a community share with post-session care tips at the end.
     
    Bolsters, blankets, blocks are used to ensure your comfort during this trancendent experience.  All levels are welcome.  Yoga mats required.
