What is Chakra Balancing?
Chakra Balacing (or Reiki) is an ancient Eastern healing technique that provides nourishing energy to balance the body, mind and spirit. It is believed that a person’s energy should be strong and free flowing, a sign that a person’s body and mind is in a positive state of health. When the energy becomes weak or blocked it can lead to symptoms of physical or emotional imbalance. Through Chakra Balancing, energy can become unblocked and balance can be achieved.
One of the greatest health benefits associated with Chakra Balancing is stress reduction and relaxation. The process restores emotional and physical wellbeing to the patient through a light touch and transfer of energy to various parts of the body and triggers the body's natural healing abilities.
What is Vibrational Tuning?
By combining a guided meditation and tuning fork vibration on and around the body provides increased relaxation, balance and positive energy shifts in the mind and body by releasing heavy thoughts and dormant emotions.

An extended treatment with the added benefit of aromatherapy to complement your healing. A series of essential oils are lightly applied along the feet, spine and back muscles to promote circulation, relax muscles and relieve stress.
Vibrational Tuning & Meditation Session
45 Minutes | $75
During your session, the practitioner will combine guided meditation and a vibrational tuning fork to offer healing energy. This service, is performed on a yoga mat or massage table with the patients fully clothed.Light touching with the tuning fork may occur.
Further enhance your session with crystals to ignite and balance different core Chakra areas. Take-home crystals are available for purchase after your session.
