Dawn is a passionate wellness enthusiast with a zest for embracing new opportunities and adventures! She is happily married and shares her home with two cats who rule the roost. Dawn’s yoga journey began in 2006 with her first class in Los Angeles, but it wasn’t until 2019 that she began practicing regularly. Having grown up as a gymnast and dancer, flipping and twisting were second nature to her. This foundation led her to discover aerial yoga, and she was immediately captivated after her first class. A lover of travel, Dawn enjoys exploring our national parks, hiking scenic trails, golfing, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Currently, I am resonating with the Goddess Durga to fight anger, guilt, blame, shame, greed, etc. Hopefully she will help me channel my inner warrior to combat these traits.

My advice for beginning yogis is: This is YOUR journey! Carve out your own path at your own pace and try not to compare your progress against others. Slow and steady wins the race.
