2 Weeks of Unlimited Classes - $29

Good for all regularly scheduled mat & aerial yoga, barre, lyra and Zumba® classes!  Only valid for first time visitors to the studio and those who have not previously participated in any Release Yoga classes, including free classes/events, off-site sessions and workshops unlesss otherwise noted. Pricing excludes workshops, SUP, Goat Yoga and other noted special events. Failure to attend a prescheduled class will result in a $10 no-show/late cancel fee. The 2 week period activates with your first class (vs. date of purchase).

SORRY, E-MAILS AND PHONE CALLS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A FORM OF EARLY CANCELLATION

• Students who are a no show/late cancel that have active drop-in, 5,10,15 or 20 class-pack passes will have one class deducted from their available passes for each no show/late cancel event. Sorry, no exceptions.
• Memberships are exempt from no-show/late cancellation penalties. However, we ask that you still un-enroll if you plan to not attend so that teachers can plan accordingly. If there is a noticeable habit of not showing/cancelling promptly, a Release team member will bring this to your attention.  
• Two Weeks for $29, Groupon and other class pass customers are required to have a credit-card on file. In the event of a no-show or a cancellation within the 4 hour window, the customer will be charged a $10 no-show/cancellation fee.
• If there is not a card on file, a $10 no-show/late cancellation fee will be charged to your house account. This must be paid prior to attending future classes. 

ALL CLASS/SERVICES SALES OF ANY TYPE ARE FINAL

EFFECTIVE AUGUST 15th, 2023 WE WILL BE CHARGING A 4% CREDIT CARD USAGE FEE FOR CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS. "ANNUAL PASS" AND "TAKE CARE OF YOU " MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE CHARGED THIS FEE AT THIS TIME. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE, BUT NEED TO MAKE THIS CHANGE DUE TO RISING COSTS.

MEMBERSHIP CONTRACTS

WE ARE HAPPY TO PROVIDE SEVERAL INSTALLMENT PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR OUR STUDENTS WHO WISH TO PURCHASE AN ANNUAL, MONTH-TO-MONTH MEMBERSHIP AND TEACHER TRAINING.

AS SHARED WITH YOU AT THE DESK, THESE PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT. BY SIGNING THE CONTRACT, YOU HAVE AGREED TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
 

• I am fully committed to paying the amount agreed upon for the duration of my contract.
• The first month's payment is required at the time of membership purchase and each consecutive payment will come out on the same date each month unless agreed upon by myself and a member of the Release Yoga, Inc. team. The membership I choose will start on the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by myself and a member of the Release Yoga, Inc. team.
• A valid credit/debit card must be placed on file at all times for all membership/installment payment plans. Cash or check payments will not be accepted for membership/installment plan pricing due to the reoccurring nature of the payments.
• I am responsible for keeping my credit/debit card up to date. In the event of a payment delinquency greater than two days (48 hours), I understand that a $30.00 late fee will be charged to my card on file (or to the Release house account in the event of a failed card) for each month of delinquent payments. I agree to these terms and understand that I will need to bring my account current, inclusive of late fees, prior to engaging in any classes, training or services.
• Release Yoga, Inc. does not offer medical holds, pro-rations, refunds or membership cancellations for not being able to attend classes or services regularly for any reason, including pregnancy, medical conditions, job loss, changes in member work or Release class schedules, changes in class teachers or service providers, etc.
• In the event of relocation, I understand that there are certain protections offered to me under Ohio Revised Code 1345.41 relative to class memberships. I understand that in the event of relocation beyond 25 miles of 880 E. Turkeyfoot Road, Akron, OH 44312, I must provide Release Yoga, Inc. with a mortgage, rental agreement or utility bill in my name with the new address. Until such information is provided, I am responsible for making monthly payments on time or will be charged the $30 late fee as stated above. I understand that massage and skin care memberships are not protected under Ohio Revised Code 1345.41.
• The Month-to-Month Membership will auto-renew each month unless the member specifically requests to terminate the membership prior to the next payment via email to hello@releaseyoga.com. Refunds or pro-rations will not be given for requests to cancel after the monthly payment date has passed. Verbal, telephone or text requests to cancel Month to Month memberships will not be accepted.
• In the event I default on my membership/installment plan, Release Yoga Inc. may use the appropriate means of collection, including emails, phone calls, contact with my emergency contact, small-claims court judgements and/or the services of a collection agency.
• Class schedules, perks and services are subject to change based upon attendance and teacher/service provider availability. Changes to class schedules, teaching team member and/or service providers will not negate this agreement.
• Holiday and/or emergency cancellations of classes and services may occur from time to time due to weather conditions, teacher illnesses, power outages, road closures and other issues outside of the control of Release Yoga, Inc.
