We are proud to offer a rich diversity of yoga, lyra, aerial, barre and dance offerings. Whether you are coming in for your very first downward dog, are seeking an advanced, powerful practice, or maybe just desire complete restoration, we have a class style to meet your needs!


Mat Yoga & Meditation


Beginners/Warm Beginners

  • Our Beginners class is the perfect way to start your yoga journey and to build up your asana practice! This gentle, introductory yoga class will help you gain a fundamental awareness of your breath and body alignment while moving at a slower speed. This class is suitable for all ages, fitness levels and body types. No experience is necessary!
  • Temperature: 72°-76° / Warm Beginners Temperature: 78°-82°

     

Warm Flow/Warm Power Flow*

  • Vinyasa, commonly referred to as a "flow" style, is a flowing, dynamic yoga practice that connects movement with breath. This moderately paced practice seamlessly blends one pose into another to create heat in the body, build strength, improve balance, and increase flexibility. While these classes are appropriate for all levels of practitioners, some experience is suggested. Expect to leave revitalized!  *This class may include inversions.
  • Temperature: 82°-86° / 82°-86°* 

 

Hot Power

  • Bring on the heat! Aimed at testing the strength and endurance of both mind and body, our Hot Power yoga classes contain powerful sequencing, more advanced poses (modifications offered), and always the invitation to come find your edge. You will leave this class empowered and alive (and not to mention, a little sweaty)!
  • Temperature: 92+°

 

All Levels Flow / Rise & Shine

  • Vinyasa flow dialed up and down to accomodate a blended class that likely includes beginner, intermediate and experienced yoga students. Guided by our deeply experienced teachers to offer a little bit for everyone! All are welcome!
  • Temperature: 80°-84°

Yoga Tone

  • The best of both worlds! Weights AND yoga! Step up your power yoga by adding light weights into the flow. Build strength in your shoulders, upper body, legs and tighten your core. No prior experience needed!
  • Temperature: 72°-76°

Candlelight Restorative

  • Lit by candles, Our Restorative Yoga is a practice of stillness and ease. We'll use blocks, bolsters, blankets to relax deeply into restorative yoga postures. This style of yoga is an ideal complement to its more fiery counterpart: Power Yoga. Relieve stress, melt away tension, and calm your nervous system with this deeply healing practice.
  • Temperature: 78°-82°

 

NEW CLASS! Mudras & Mantras Restorative

  • Explore class yogic hand gestures (mudras) and simple chants (mantras) to set your intentions for on and off the mat. Combined with restorative yoga poses, the class promotes deep relaxation, energy flow, stress relief, tension reduction, and calming of the nervous system with this deeply healing practice.
  • Temperature: 78°-82°

Deep Yin & Thai Massage

  • Sink a bit more deeply into your mat as our instructors take your restorative practice to a whole new level of ... ahh. Meditative music and chanting sounds accompanied by deep assisting and basic massage techniques. Space is limited to make sure everyone gets a lot of deep assisting luv so please pre-enroll!
  • Temperature: 76°

Meditation & Movement

  • Explore a new approach to meditation! Mindful, gentle movements liberate the mind, body and soul. Inspired by the vibrations and energy that surrounds as your body gently flows, then settles in for a transformative guided meditation that includes singing bowls, vibrational tuning forks and other enhancements. Expect to leave deeply relaxed and balanced ... ready to face any challenge that comes your way! An excellent practice for all levels of yogis.
  • Temperature: 72°-76°

Vin to Yin + Thai Massage

  • Vin to Yin is a marriage of the strong, yang Vinyasa Yoga with the receptive Yin Yoga. Grounding sun salutations and standing flows are offered in the first half of class to enliven the body and chase away any fatigue. The Yin half of class, offers passive, seated and supine poses that are held for ~5 minutes on each side with gentle thai massage based assists. The Yin aspect helps to switch off fight-or-flight mode, promoting balance throughout the nervous system and allowing for a sense of peace and relaxation.
  • Temperature: 72°-76°

 

Aerial Yoga, Bungee & Lyra 


While our aerial, lyra and bungee classes are accessible to most students, please consider your personal limitations and health issues. For example, students who are pregnant, have high/low blood pressure, vertigo, epilepsy or glaucoma should not attempt an aerial class for their own safety. Other health conditions may apply so please contact the studio with questions. Please review the guidelines for each class. Late arrivals will not be permitted into class for the safety of other students and teachers.


Aerial Yoga 

  • We've adapted our vinyasa flow class and taken it to the sky! This flowing, dynamic yoga practice connects movement with breath while offering the unique experience of a yoga hammock.  Our fully aerial yoga certified teachers seamlessly blend one pose into another to create heat in the body, build strength, improve balance, and increase flexibility. Prior yoga and/or aerial yoga is highly encouraged. Expect to leave invigorated and revitalized!
  • A yoga mat is required.  Students must be age 10+ and ages 10-14 must be accompanied by an adult. 
  • Temperature: 72°-74°


NEW CLASS! Advanced Aerial Yoga 

  • Prior Aerial Yoga experience is required as this class includes advanced flips and tricks.   
  • A yoga mat is required.  Students must be age 10+ and ages 10-14 must be accompanied by an adult. 
  • Temperature: 72°-74°

 

Aerial Restorative Yoga 

  • Similar to our mat based Candlelight Restorative class, this extrenely gentle class allows everyone, regardless of prior yoga or aerial experience, to slow down, deeply stretch and restore body, mind and spirit while suspended in the air.
  • A yoga mat is required.  Students must be age 10+ and ages 10-14 must be accompanied by an adult. 
  • Temperature: 72°-74°

 

Lyra 

  • Ever wanted to run away and join the circus? Just want to hang out on a metal hoop? Lyra is the class for you! Whether you're a first time student or looking to improve your skills, our Lyra classes will get you where you want to be. Come stretch and pose with us!
  • Long pants, sleeves, and socks are recommended. Shoes and mats are not required. Late arrivals will not be permitted into class. Students must be age 10+ and ages 10-14 must be accompanied by an adult. 
  • Temperature: 72°-74°

 

Bungee HIIT

  • The best of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with low-impact for those looking to prevent injury. Prepare to jump, bounce, pulse and run ... Guaranteed to get your heart pumping!
  • Students must be ages 16 or older and weigh at least 95 lbs. Late arrivals will not be permitted into class. Soft soled shoes are required for this class style. Yoga mats are not required.
  • Temperature: 72°-74°


 

Barre & Mat Pilates


Barre

  • Take your workout experience up a notch! This class will cover all proper alignment, positions, props, and terminology as well as providing an excellent workout. This class is suited for any student. We will guide you through and offer different options and modifications to meet your needs and goals!
  • Please bring your own yoga mat (or plan to rent one of ours). 
  • Temperature: 72-74°

 

NEW CLASS! Mat Pilates

  • Pilates is a core-focused workout. Increase strength and mobility, improve balance and posture, and develop a stronger mind-body connection by utilizing controlled movement patterns, body weight, and small accessories. Traditional Pilates exercises are paired with contemporary Pilates movements for the ultimate full-body, low-impact workout!
  • All levels are welcome! Please bring your mat (or plan to rent one of ours).  
  • Temperature: 72-74°
