  • My favorite Sanskrit word or phrase is Santosha because: It means contentment/happiness. In a world full of bigger and better, I think it's important to find contentment in what we already have. Taking the time to reflect and give thanks opens my eyes to see my life is full of love and blessings.

  • My advice for beginning yogis is: Do not compare yourself to anyone else. Everyone's journey is different, and we all evolve in our own time.

  • I’m most grateful for: My family, they help me grow daily, and show me unconditional love.

  • The most exotic place I’ve practiced yoga is: On the beach with just the sounds of the ocean to guide me.

  • If I could practice yoga with anyone it would be my 3 best friends because: They are all strong, unique, and fun to practice with. Each one brings something to their mats that inspires me.

  • I'm Thrilled to take my yoga to the next level because: I love watching Individual's grow on their yoga journey, mastering new postures and feeling excited about how strong they are inside and out.

  • My heroes are: My mother and grandmothers. All three have such a strong moral compass, and even though my grandmothers are gone I still feel them guiding me during the hard times. My mother is one of the strongest women I know, she’s faced many obstacles and held tight to her faith, overcoming anything in her path.

  • My one wish for the world is: That everyone knows their worth and can accept themselves for the beautiful beings they are.
