Aerial Obstacle Course | The Floor is Winter! - $25

This class is taught by:

Jill Saylor (RYT 500, E-RYT 200/YACEP/PT)

Jill is a self proclaimed tree hugging, bee keeping, ocean conserving, shark loving, garden tending, aerial yoga fanatic, clothesline drying hippie just trying to make the world a better place!

  • My teaching style is: Very fun and laid back. Nothing too serious in my classes.

  • My favorite yoga pose is: any hammock inversion

  • Yoga has helped me: grow as a person into a more active person and has allowed me to help others

  • I love my tattoos because: They tell stories from my life!

  • My favorite deity or god/goddess is Gaia because: without her we’d be nothing!

  • You must try this healthy snack: My personal local honey!!

  • My favorite Sanskrit word or phrase is Unnata because it means elevated and I love elevating myself off the floor with aerial.

  • My advice for beginning yogis is: We all start as beginners!

  • I’m most grateful for: Being able to have done all the things in my life that got me to this point!

  • The most exotic place I’ve practiced yoga is: Sand dunes in Mosselbaai, South Africa or a tiny little island in the middle of the Gulf off Nicaragua called Little Corn Island/

  • If I could practice yoga with anyone it would be: My sister because we always do things together!

  • I’m determined to take my yoga to the next level because: I like to set goals for myself.

  • My heroes are: My sister.

  • My super power is: Making a healthier, better version of anything you can find in the beauty, pharmacy or cleaning section at the store, and probably showing women that it is possible for us to be strong.

  • My one wish for the world is: That she thrives and survives with or without humans!

Put your aerial power skills to the test with Jill's 14 station obstacle course of hoops, hammocks, rings, ropes and silks. Don't you dare fall in ... THE FLOOR IS 12 MORE WEEKS OF WINTER!
