We are proud to offer a rich diversity of yoga offerings. Whether you are coming in for your very first downward dog, are seeking an advanced, powerful practice, or maybe just desire complete restoration, we have a class style to meet your needs!


Mat Yoga


Beginners/Warm Beginners

  • Our Beginners class is the perfect way to start your yoga journey and to build up your asana practice! This gentle introductory yoga class will help you gain a fundamental awareness of your breath and body alignment while moving a slower speed. This class is suitable for all ages, fitness levels and body types. No experience is necessary!
  • Temperature: 72°-76° / Warm Beginners Temperature: 78°-82°

     

Slow Flow

  • Slow flow yoga is a meditation in motion practice that emphasizes steady movement, led by the breath. This format is appropriate for beginners as well as those who prefer a gentle-mindful class. Offered at room temperature with some gentle heat as needed.
  • Temperature: 72°-74°

 

Warm Flow/Warm Power Flow*

  • Vinyasa, commonly referred to as a "flow" style, is a flowing, dynamic yoga practice that connects movement with breath. This moderately paced practice seamlessly blends one pose into another to create heat in the body, build strength, improve balance, and increase flexibility. While these classes are appropriate for all levels of practitioners, some experience is suggested. Expect to leave revitalized!  *This class will include inversions.
  • Temperature: Warm Flow: 82°-86° / 78°-82°* 

 

Hot Power

  • Bring on the heat! Aimed at testing the strength and endurance of both mind and body, our Hot Power yoga classes contain powerful sequencing, more advanced poses (modifications offered), and always the invitation to come find your edge. You will leave this class empowered and alive (and not to mention, a little sweaty)!
  • Temperature: 90°

 

Soul Power

  • Strong, Sweaty, Soulful! This class is for intermediate to advanced yogis who want to enrich their physical practice with a deeper spiritual connection. This powerful offering features more traditional yoga music, places an emphasis on expanding your yoga practice beyond asana, and infuses a touch more yogic wisdom (and even a few OMs!).
  • Temperature: 90°

 

Yin/Yang

  • The best of both worlds!  The Yin portion of this class is a gentle, quiet, and meditative practice that teaches us to relax and accept ourselves just as we are. Yin poses allow muscles to relax and deep connective tissues surrounding the hips, thighs, and lower back to be gently stretched. Through mindful stretching, Yin Yoga maintains the health of the connective tissue and encourages free flow of qi (energy) in the body. Poses are held for longer periods of time (generally 3-5 minutes) and awareness is brought to sensations in the body.
  • The Yang portion of this class allows us to integrate this openness and awareness into a sense of steadiness and alignment with a short, gentle vinyasa flow in our practice.
  • Temperature is 72°

 

Namastizzle

  • Have fun with a combination of hip hop beats and classic vinyasa flow sequences that make for an intense and challenging experience. This is a high intensity class that combines strength, creativity and raw self-expression, in the music and practice alike. Full on rap music (yep, there will be swears), twerks, and fun. Don't bring the kiddos to this one gang!
  • Temperature: 90°

 

Candlelight Restorative

  • Lit by candles, Our Restorative Yoga is a practice of stillness and ease. We'll use blocks, bolsters, blankets to relax deeply into restorative yoga postures. This style of yoga is an ideal complement to its more fiery counterpart: Power Yoga. Relieve stress, melt away tension, and calm your nervous system with this deeply healing practice.
  • Temperature: 78°-82°

 

Deep Yin/Thai Massage

  • Sink a bit more deeply into your mat as our instructors take your restorative practice to a whole new level of ... ahh. Meditative music and chanting sounds accompanied by deep assisting and basic massage techniques. Space is limited to make sure everyone gets a lot of deep assisting luv so please pre-enroll!
  • Temperature: 76°

 Meditation & Movement

  • Explore the immense benefits of mindful meditation including deep relaxation, increased optimism, pain relief, and decreased anxiety and/or depression.  Many struggle with a meditation practice due to the misconception that it must be seated.  Props, chairs and periodic gentle movement will be combined with instructor guidance to help everyone enjoy the mental, physical, spiritual (even fun!) benefits of meditation. 
  • Temperature: 72°-74°

 

Aerial Yoga


Aerial Beginners

  • The ideal way to start your flying yoga journey and build your confidence level! Gentle, introductory movement will help you find a new form of yoga (no experience necessary!) While this class is a beginner's class, please consider your personal limitations and health issues.  For example, students who are pregnant, have high/low blood pressure, vertigo, epilepsy, glaucoma should not attempt an aerial class for their own safety.  Other health conditions may apply so please contact the studio with questions. Students must be ages 10 or older.  Students ages 10-14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.  Late arrivals will not be permitted into class for the safety of everyone. 
  • Temperature: 72°-74°

 

Aerial All Levels Flow

  • We've adapted our vinyasa flow class and taken it to the sky! This flowing, dynamic yoga practice connects movement with breath while offering the unique experience of a yoga hammock.  Our fully aerial yoga certified teachers seamlessly blend one pose into another to create heat in the body, build strength, improve balance, and increase flexibility. Prior yoga and/or aerial yoga is highly encouraged. Expect to leave invigorated and revitalized! All health and age guidelines mentioned in our Aerial Beginner's class apply.
  • Temperature: 72°-76°

 

Aerial Power

  • A step up from our aerial all-levels class, aerial power is a 45 minute class that is going to focus on utilizing the hammocks to strengthen the core, arms, back, legs and glutes. From pull-ups to hanging sit-ups, we're going to tap into muscles you never knew you had! All health and age guidelines mentioned in our Aerial Beginner's class apply. 
  • Temperature: 72°-76°

 

Interval Aerial

  • Interval aerial is a 45 minute full body workout. With a group warmup, and a rotation on 6 minute training stations. This class is sure to get your heart rate up with the utilization of aerial hammocks and ground work.  All health and age guidelines mentioned in our Aerial Beginner's class apply. 
  • Temperature: 72°-76°

 

Aerial Restorative

  • Let our instructors guide you through cocooned relaxation and meditation. Lit by candles, expect some pampering with oils, mindfulness and even a cozy blanket.  Relieve stress, melt away tension, and calm your nervous system with this deeply healing practice. All health and age guidelines mentioned in our Aerial Beginner's class apply. 
  • Temperature: 72°-73°

 

Barre & Dance


Intro to Barre

  • Learn the basics of barre including positions, proper alignment, prop usage and basic exercises and terminology. Don't worry, you will still leave with a full-body workout! Please bring along your yoga mat (or plan to rent one of ours). 
  • Temperature: 72-76°


Barre

  • Take your barre to the next level. This class will still cover the basics of proper alignment, positions, props and terminology but will step up the challenge a little bit with added options and modifications to suit any level of student. Please bring along your yoga mat (or plan to rent one of ours). 
  • Temperature: 72-76°


Power Barre

  • Challenge yourself to raise the barre a bit higher! A bit more intense, faster paced and challenging. Expect sweet sweaty cardio! Please bring along your yoga mat (or plan to rent one of ours).. 
  • Temperature: 72-74°


Hip Hop Dance

  • Let loose in this extremely high energy style of dance in a vibrant and fun filled class! Our class features upbeat music from rap, pop and dance genres and allows you to express yourself through freestyle movements, rhythm and muscle memory while building strength, stamina, endurance and self-confidence. Wear your tennis shoes (no yoga mat needed). Kids are welcome if you don't mind them being exposed to swears!

Zumba®

  • Perfect for everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise!
