Rosemarie Baldwin

Rose is a licensed Zumba and Strong by Zumba Instructor, ZIN and Zumba Affiliate, Group Exercise Instructor and Senior Fitness Instructor, and also wants to teach yoga someday! She has an Associate degree in Hospitality Management and currently attending the University of Akron, where she is working on a Bachelors degree in Sports and Exercise Management. She is originally from Peru and speaks Spanish, Italian and some French.
She has a big love for music and dance and grew-up listening and learning different Latin rhythms. She loves to spend family time with her husband, 3 lovely children and cat Luna.
 
 
 
 

My teaching style is: Motivational, energetic, fun and Latin inspired
 
 
 
My favorite yoga pose is: the dancer pose or Natarajasana.
 
 

Yoga has helped me overcome: daily life stress. 
 
 
 

I love my Heart because helps me love and feel for others. 
 
 

My favorite deity or god/goddess is Jesus because He is my savior.
 
 

You must try this healthy snack: pineapple, mango, coconut milk & honey smoothie.
 
 
 
My favorite Sanskrit word or phrase is Anahata because love is the motor in my life.
 
 
 
My advice for beginning yogis is to be patient and don’t give up because practice makes the Master.
 
 
 
I’m most grateful for my family and God who strengthens us
 
 
The most exotic place I’ve practice yoga is in Machu Picchu, Peru where I spent 2 wonderful months, full of positive energy. 
 
 
If I could practice yoga with anyone it would be with my mother because I know that she would have loved it.
 
 

I would love to take my yoga to the next level because I really enjoy it and I am ready to take my body and mind to a new challenge, such as the Hot Power class!
 
 
 
 

My hero is any person that is trying to become a better version of them
 
 
 

My one wish for the world is no more war.
