Aerial All Levels
We've adapted our vinyasa flow class and taken it to the sky! This flowing, dynamic yoga practice connects movement with breath while offering the unique experience of a yoga hammock. Our fully aerial yoga certified teachers seamlessly blend one pose into another to create heat in the body, build strength, improve balance, and increase flexibility. Prior yoga and/or aerial yoga is highly encouraged. Expect to leave invigorated and revitalized! All health and age guidelines mentioned in our Aerial Beginner's class apply.
Family Fun Aerial Yoga! - $16 Adult / $12 Kiddos Ages 6-13
Want to experience increased body awareness, mindful consciousness and help build self-esteem in your little ones?
Help kiddos conquer fears and learn new skills by learning fun new aerial activities! This special class gives children ages 6-13 an opportunity to participate along side mom, dad, aunts, grandparents ... anyone that they love!
As a gentle reminder, normally our hammocks are reserved for ages 14 and up ... this special class gives the kiddos and early teens a chance to play and explore under the careful supervision by 2 of our fully aerial yoga certified teachers.
A few guidelines: An adult must enroll and be in attendance at all times (sorry, no child drop offs). Each child must be enrolled separately and a parent/guardian will need to sign off on a liability waiver for each child.

Please note, this workshop requires a 3 person pre-enrollment minimum to run. If there are not 3 people signed up within 36 hours of the workshop, it will be cancelled. Please help us support this policy by signing up for workshops days in advance!
Use of the aerial yoga hammock demands a strong core, Aerial Power is a 45 minute class that is going to focus on utilizing the hammocks to strengthen the core, arms, back, legs and glutes. From pull-ups to hanging sit-ups, we're going to tap into muscles you never knew you had! All health and age guidelines mentioned in our Aerial Beginner's class apply.
The ideal way to start your flying yoga journey and build your confidence level! Gentle, introductory movement will help you find a new form of yoga (no experience necessary!) While this class is a beginner's class, please consider your personal limitations and health issues. For example, students who are pregnant, have high/low blood pressure, vertigo, epilepsy, glaucoma should not attempt an aerial class for their own safety. Other health conditions may apply so please contact the studio with questions. Students must be age 14 or older. Late arrivals will not be permitted into class for the safety of everyone.
